DAY 1: Welcome to Saigon!

After you arrive in Saigon, also known as Ho Chi Min city, you are whisked away from the airport to your perfectly situated hotel to continue your adventure.

DAY 2: Tunnels of Cu Chi and Nighttime Saigon

Today you go on an excursion to the historic Vietnamese tunnels of Cu Chi. At noon you enjoy a diverse and informative city tour that includes the Opera House, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the iconic Ben Than market. In the evening, you have the opportunity to see the fantastic A O Show at the Opera House. You can also enjoy a Vespa ride through nighttime Saigon, where you’ll discover cozy bars and enjoy local specialties (with English-speaking guide). (B)

DAY 3: Mekong Delta Excursion and Overnight on Board

In the small city of Cai Be, you board the Mekong ship Bassac. You observe everyday life on the Cho Loch Canal and the Mang Thit River. On the way, you visit a village and take a walk through nearby plantations and rice fields. After an eventful day, you spend the night on board the enchanting ship. (BLD)

DAY 4: Floating Market and Return Home

In the early morning, you visit the floating market of Cai Rang, the largest of its kind on the Mekong Delta. After some extensive deal hunting, you return to Saigon, where you say goodbye to Southeast Asia and head home. (B)
