About us

Mekong River Cruises, a Lao-German joint venture, launched the first long-distance river cruise of all time on the upper Mekong in 2005. On the mother of all waters, the ships sail on different routes between Chiang Saen in Thailand in the heart of the Golden Triangle, the royal city of Luang Prabang, and the Laotian capital Vientiane.
